● Do not pull the power cord to move the product. Do not
pull the cord on the remote control. That can cause
damage to the cords.
● Do not pull the hydraulic hoses to move the lifting frames.
That can cause damage to the hoses.

● Wear safety glasses.
● Wear protective gloves.

Assembly

3.1 To install the product

Caution! Do not pull the short hydraulic hose over the
lifting frames

Connect the female couplers on the long hoses to the
male couplers on the hydraulic unit. (Figure 2)

Pull the short hydraulic hoses below the bottom of
the lifting frames. (Figure 3)

Connect the male couplers on the long hoses to the
female couplers on the short hoses. (Figure 4)

Connect the hydraulic unit to the power supply.

Operation

4.1 To examine before each use

● Do a check of all bolted joints regularly, and tighten them
if necessary.
● Do a check of the product for cracks in weld joints.
● Do a check for damaged, loose, worn or missing parts
before each use.
● Do a check of the safety lock bars. Do not use a product
with damage or worn safety lock bars.
● Do a check of the lifting blocks. Replace them if they are
damaged or worn.
● Do a check of cables and hoses. Replace damaged or
worn cables and hoses.

4.2 To fill hydraulic fluid

● Fill hydraulic fluid before you use the product for the first
time.

Remove the filler plug to open the hydraulic fluid
container.

Fill with hydraulic fluid. Refer to "10 Technical data" on
page 33.

Install the filler plug to the hydraulic fluid container.

4.3 To lift and lower the product

● Push the U button on the remote control to lift the
product.
● Push the D button on the remote control to lower the
product. (Figure 5)
4.3.1 To bleed the hydraulic system
If air accumulates in the hydraulic system, the lifting frames
will not move smooth when the product is lifted or lowered.
● Lift and lower the product with no load, a few times to
bleed the air from the hydraulic system.
Caution! Do not lift the product to maximum height
with no load.

4.4 To use the product

Warning! Read and understand the safety chapter
before you use the product.
Caution! Do not lower the car if the wheels are re-
moved. There must be a space between the ground and the
load. The product cannot lift a full load from a fully lowered
position.
Caution! Do not drive the vehicle up onto the product.
Caution! Always use lifting blocks.

4.5 Lifting frame

Tray for the lifting block. (Figure 6)

Safety lock bar.
4.5.1 To put the lifting frames in position
Note! Put the 2 lifting frames parallel with the vehicle.
Note! The safety lock bar should always be on the outside of
the lifting frame.
The lifting frames can be put in position below the vehicle in
2 ways; from the outside to in and from the inside to out.
