Connecting up the base station

− Connect the mains adapter only to a power socket (230 V ~ 50 Hz) that is
easy to reach and close to the place where you have set up the device.
The base station for the wireless alarm system can communicate with the
landline phone network (via a PSTN transmitter) or a mobile phone network
via a SIM card (via a GSM transmitter).

Communicating via the phone line

− Connect the RJ11 plug on the phone
cable (included in the delivery) with
the phone interface in the battery
compartment on the rear of the
base station.
− Connect the other end of the phone
cable via a phone adapter to the
phone wall socket.

phone network (SIM card)

Suitable SIM cards
It is necessary to purchase a SIM card
that is suitable for a GSM network with a frequency of 850 / 900 / 1800 /
1900 MHz before you can use the wireless alarm system. We recommended
selecting a tariff with an unlimited number of text messages and one hour
voicemail storage capacity.
Ensure that the SIM card is not protected by a PIN code.
