Troubleshooting

NOTE: The product model number is printed on a label on the pump/blower side of the bath.

Air System
Symptoms
Blower motor does not
1.
start or stop.

Probable Causes
A. No power to the blower motor.
B. Air actuator tubing is loose or
disconnected.
C. Air actuator tubing is pinched or
kinked.
D. Air system button assembly is
damaged.
E. Air system button assembly has
grease or debris in the bleed area.
F.
Air actuator tubing is damaged.
G. Blower motor does not work.

Recommended Action
A. Make sure nothing except the
pump and blower/heated surface
are plugged into their shared
duplex outlet. Set or reset the
GFCI or RCD. Check and repair
the wiring.
B. Check that the air actuator
tubing is connected to the air
switch actuator, and to the air
switch button. Reconnect if
needed.
C. Adjust the air actuator tubing to
clear the pinched or kinked area.
If the air actuator tubing is
pinched or kinked, and cannot be
adjusted, or if no noticeable
pinch or kink is apparent, use a
tack to poke a small hole in the
air actuator tubing. Test
operation.
D. Replace the air system button
assembly.
E. Disassemble the air system
button assembly, and wipe away
any excess grease or debris.
Reassemble the air system button
assembly, and test operation.
F.
Replace the air actuator tubing.
G. Replace the blower motor.
