4.8.2 Inertgas
Überdruckgekapselte Gehäuse, bei denen als
Zündschutzgas Inertgas verwendet wird, müs-
sen wie folgt gekennzeichnet (siehe Typen-
schild) sein:
WARNUNG – DIESES GEHÄUSE ENTHÄLT
INERTGAS UND KANN ERSTICKUNGSGE-
FAHR VERURSACHEN. DIESES GEHÄUSE
ENTHÄLT AUSSERDEM EINE BRENNBARE
SUBSTANZ, DIE SICH FALLS SIE AN DIE
LUFT GELANGT, INNERHALB DES BRENN-
BAREN BEREICHES BEFINDEN KANN.
5.
Erstinbetriebnahme
Siehe auch Erstprüfung gemäss EN 60079-14,
«Projektierung, Auswahl und Er richtung elektri-
scher Anlagen».
Bevor das Sigrist OilGuard .Ex in Betrieb genom-
men wird, muss eine Erstprüfung erfolgen. Diese
umfasst die Vollständigkeit der getroffenen
Schutzmassnahmen und deren Wirkungsamkeit.
Die Resultate der Erstinbetriebsetzung sind auf-
zuzeichnen.
6.
Wartung und Instandhaltung
Für die Wartung und die Instandhaltung bzw.
Prüfung sind die Bestimmungen der EN
60079-17 «Prüfung und Instandhaltung elek-
trischer Anlagen in explosionsgefährdeten
Bereichen» einzuhalten. Im Rahmen der War-
tung sind vor allem die Teile zu prüfen, von
denen die Zündschutzart abhängt.
Vor dem Öffnen der Sigrist OilGuard .Ex die
Spannungsfreiheit sicherstellen bzw. geeig-
nete Schutzmassnahmen ergreifen!
6.1
Qualifikation
Die Prüfung, Wartung und Instandsetzung der
Anlagen darf nur von erfahrenem Personal aus-
geführt werden, dem bei der Ausbildung auch
Kenntnisse über die verschiedenen Zündschutz-
arten und Installationsverfahren, einschlägigen
Regeln und Vorschriften sowie die allgemeinen
Grundsätze der Zoneneinteilung vermittelt wur-

être marquées (voir plaque signalètique) comme
suit:
AVERTISSEMENT – CETTE ENVELOPPE
CONTIENT UN GAZ INERTE ET PEUT CON-
STITUER UN DANGER D'ASPHYXIE. CETTE
ENVELOPPE CONTIENT AUSSI UNE SUB-
STANCE INFLAMMABLE QUI PEUT SE SITU-
ER DANS DES LIMITES D'INFLAMMABILITÉ
LORS D'UNE EXPOSITION À L'AIR.
5.
Première mise en service
Consulter également la première mise en ser-
vice selon EN 60079-14 «Conception, sélection
et construction des installations électriques».
Une inspection initiale du Sigrist OilGuard .Ex
doit être effectuée avant la première mise en
service. Celle-ci comprend l'ensemble des
mesures de protection et leur efficacité. Les
résultats doivent faire l'objet d'un document.
6.
Entretien
Les prescriptions de la norme EN 60079-17
«Inspection et entretien des installations
électrique» devront être respectées pour l'en-
tretien et la maintenance. Dans le cadre des
contrôles d'entretien, toutes les parties dont
dépend le mode de protection devront être
vérifiées.
Avant d'ouvrir le Sigrist OilGuard Ex, il y a
lieu de s'assurer sa mise hors tension, à
savoir de prendre les mesures de sécurité
nécessaires.
6.1
Qualification
La vérification, la maintenance et les réparations
des installations ne peuvent être effectuées que
par un personnel compétent dont la formation
comporte également la connaissance des dif-
férents mode de protection et pratiques d'instal-
lation, des règles pertinentes et réglementa-tions

Pressurized enclosures using inert gas as the
protective gas shall be marked (see type plate)
as follows:
WARNING – THIS ENCLOSURE CONTAINS
INERT GAS AND MAY BE AN ASPHYXIATION
HAZARD. THIS ENCLOSURE ALSO CON-
TAINS A FLAMMABLE SUBSTANCE THAT
MAY BE WITHIN THE FLAMMABLE LIMITS
WHEN EXPOSED TO AIR.
5.
Commissioning
Please also refer to the information on the initial
inspection given in IEC 60079-14 'Electrical
installations design, selection and erection',
Before the Sigrist OilGuard .Ex is commissioned,
an initial inspection must be carried out. This
consists of verifying the completeness of the
safety measures taken and their efficacy. The
results of the first system start-up must be
recorded.
6.
Servicing and Maintenance
The provisions of IEC 60079-17 'Inspection
and maintenance of electrical installations in
hazardous areas' pertaining to servicing and
maintenance must be observed. During ser-
vicing, it is particularly important to check
those components upon which the type of
protection depends.
Before an Sigrist OilGuard .Ex is opened, it
must be disconnected from the power supply
and appropriate safety measures taken.
6.1
Qualifications
The inspection, servicing and maintenance of
the systems may only be carried out by experi-
enced personnel who during their training have
also been instructed in the various types of
explosion protection, installation processes, the
relevant rules and regulations and the general
