KEYLESS quick-change drill chuck system

Inserting the tool
Push the MK3 industrial arbor/Weldon 32 mm (G) into the
‹
morse taper (3) of the machine.
Before inserting, clean the Weldon shank of the tool and the
‹
tool mounting.
Loosen the two hex. socket head screws in the tool mounting
‹
(G) using the Allen key (H) supplied.
Push the tool into the tool mounting (G).
‹
NOTE
► Insert the appropriate ejector pin (B,C,D) before inserting a
core drill.
Tighten the two hex. socket head screws in the tool mounting
‹
(G) using the Allen key (H) supplied.
Removing the tool
Loosen the two hex. socket head screws in the tool mounting
‹
(G) using the Allen key (H) supplied and pull the tool down-
wards out of the tool mounting.
Inserting the tool
Push the KEYLESS quick-change drill chuck system (A) into
‹
the morse taper (3) of the machine.
Connect the lubricant line.
‹
Open the quick-change drill chuck system (A) by pushing up
‹
the sleeve and insert the tool into the chuck.
NOTE
► Insert the appropriate ejector pin before inserting the core
drill.
► Check by briefly turning the tool whether the collet is en-
gaged.
Removing the tool
Open the quick-change drill chuck system (A) by pushing up
‹
the sleeve and pull the tool down out of the chuck.
