9 Disposal
Note!
Note the law for electrical and electronical devices (ElektroG)
If you want to give back or get rid of a machine and you want the
disposal of it, then you may be entitled to return the machine, if we have
delivered it to you after August 13th, 2005. Any cost occurring from that
dispatch will be at your charge.
If you do not make use of this right, you have to indemnify us from any
claims which might be brought forward against us by third parties
according to the prescriptions of the ElektroG (law for electrical and
electronical devices).
If you forward the machine to a third party, you are obliged to transfer
the rights and obligations of the preceding regulation to the person who
takes on the machine.
Caution!
Used oil and used exhaust filters are hazardous waste.

Handle and eliminate all material according to the applicable
regulations.
