Maintenance

Perform the maintenance procedures according to the instructions described in the
following table.
Damages should be repaired by a specialist or by your wholesaler.

What to do ?
Change exhaust filter
Replace if cover shows signs of
cracks, hairline cracks, deep
scratches or any other damage
Clean it if sealing presents low
quality
Change if damaged

If necessary , grease it

What to do ?
To be cleaned
To be cleaned
Turn on the machine and keep it for
30 minutes at operating temperature,
(or select service program – choice
VAC level P)
through this procedure water present
in the machine oil is removed. To
achieve operating temperature
operate the machine without product.
Control oil level and quality
If necessary, refill machine with oil
(oil type, see Chapter 5: "Technical
Data")
Proceed oil change
Change exhaust filter
Change exhaust filter earlier if there
is: strong soiling or pollution, higher
power consumption, higher
temperature or reduced cutting effect
