- Page 4 NOTES ON LOCATION To prevent damage from condensation, position the humidifier on a smooth, flat, nonmetallic, waterproof surface and position direction of vapor away from furniture, electronics and direct sunlight. If condensation forms on the window pane reposition unit to another location. We do not recommend operating this unit in a closed room for an extended period of time, as condensation will collect on walls or other surfaces and cause damage.
- Page 5 ULTRASONIC HUMIDIFIERS AND WATER QUALITY Ultrasonic humidifiers operate on the principle of high frequency oscillation of water molecules until they are broken into ultra-fine particles (1-5µm).This is done by an oscillator (sometimes called an atomizer, nebulizer or transducer) inside the humidifier.
- Page 6 OPERATION After filling and placing the unit in an appropriate location, the Aurora is ready for use. FAN SPEED / VAPOR INTENSITY Plug the humidifier in and turn the knob to the right until it clicks, indicating the unit has been turned on. The power light illuminates green.
- Page 7 CARE AND MAINTENANCE Cleaning your humidifier regularly helps eliminate odors and bacterial growth and helps maintain the performance by reducing mineral build up on the oscillator. Do not leave water in the water tank or base when unit is not in use for more than a day, as mineral deposits and bacterial growth may accumulate very quickly.

- Page 25 HUMIDIFICADORES ULTRASÓNICOS Y CALIDAD DEL AGUA Los humidificadores funcionan según el principio de oscilación de alta frecuencia de las moléculas de agua, a fin de descomponerlas en partículas ultrafinas (1-5µm). Esto lo realiza un oscilador (también denominado a veces atomizador, nebulizador o transductor) que se halla dentro del humidificador.
- Page 26 OPERACIÓN Una vez que la unidad se haya llenado y ubicado en un lugar adecuado, todo está listo para que utilice su Aurora. - Page 27 CUIDADO Y MANTENIMIENTO Limpiar el humidificador con regularidad ayuda a eliminar olores y a evitar el desarrollo de bacterias, y también contribuye a mantener su rendimiento óptimo al reducir la acumulación de minerales en el oscilador. No deje agua en el depósito o en la base cuando la unidad no esté en uso por más de un día, ya que la acumulación de minerales o el desarrollo de bacterias pueden producirse muy rápidamente.
