TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

WARNING
This unit must be serviced by trained and qualified
personnel only. Service by unqualified personnel may lead
to electric shock or burn.
Symptom
Unit is plugged in, but isn't
working.
Unit operates, but is not
circulating air inside cabinet.
Temperature is too hot.
Unit is not hot enough.
Unit is heating, but is not
producing humidity inside
cabinet.

Probable Cause
Unit not turned on.
No power to unit.
power cord connections are loose or
disconnected.
power cord is damaged.
Fuse blown or circuit breaker tripped, no
power to outlet.
Defective pOWER ON/OFF (I/O) switch
or TEmpERaTURE control.
Blower motor defective.
Incorrect voltage supplied to blower motor. Contact authorized Service agent or Hatco for assistance.
TEmpERaTURE control set too high.
