Operation

Preparation
In order to make it easier to load, store and dispense using the drum trolley, the optionally available accessories
from DENIOS AG should be used.
Operation
Do not exceed walking speed <3 km/h.

HAZARD
Explosion due to electrostatic discharge.
Spark build-up leads to explosion and severe injury or death.
Move up to the drum slowly when in an Ex zone.

Loading
Use suitable aids to lift drums on to the drum dolly.

Set the drums centrally on the drum trolley.

Check that the drums are securely positioned.

WARNING
Crushing by moving parts.
There is a risk of crushing your hand when setting a drum on the drum dolly.
Never put your hand under a suspended drum!

Handling
Handle the drum dolly using the handle or directly on the drum.

Take the greatest care when moving over uneven ground.


Maintenance

NOTICE! Only approved specialists authorised by the operator may undertake
maintenance and repair work.
Maintenance work may only be carried out outside of Ex zones.
Maintenance
Check the product for corrosion and contamination and clean if necessary
Check castor bearings for contamination, clean if necessary and regrease
Check all screws for tightness
