SIA SU OFF.
Togliere il coperchietto della
morsettiera del motore e proce-
dere al collegamento elettrico
(con cavo Ø adeguato) che è
di tipo:
Motore trifase a 400V
Uscire con il cavo elettrico dal
passacavo posto sul montan-
te della macchina, rimontare il
coperchietto della morsettiera
posizionando in modo corretto
la guarnizione di tenuta.
Il motore e la struttura della
macchina devono essere colle-
gati alla messa a terra.
Una volta effettuato il collega-
mento elettrico, verificare che
la girante centrifuga del venti-
latore giri in senso della frec-
cia stampigliata sul fianco del
ventilatore.
Regolazione
n° di giri ventilatore
Per poter adattare il funziona-
mento del ventilatore alle esi-
genze dell'impianto è necessa-
rio individuare il punto di lavoro
sul diagramma del ventilato-
re una volta definite le perdi-
te di carico lato aria sia della
macchina che dell'impianto.
Definito il punto di lavoro (vedi
pag. 20-25) occorre agire sulla
puleggia variabile (vedi pag.13)
del motore regolandone l'aper-
tura fino ad ottenere il numero
di giri ventilatore prima definito.
Verificare correttezza del nu-
mero di giri con un apposito
contagiri.

SURE THAT THE MAIN
SWITCH OF THE APPLIANCE
IS IN THE OFF POSITION.
Remove the cover from the ter-
minal board and prepare the
electrical connections (using
wires with the right diameter).
Three-phase motor 400V
Lead the electric cable through
the cable guide on the pillar
of the appliance and close the
cover of the terminal board ma-
king sure that the gasket is
inserted in the right position.
The motor and the structure of
the machine have to be con-
nected with the earth.
After having performed the
electric
connections
make sure that the centrifugal
fan of the ventilator turns in the
sens of the arrow, which is mar-
ked on the side of the ventilator.
Fan speed control
To control the operation of the
fan according to the require-
ments of the system, the ope-
rating point first needs to be
identified on the fan diagram,
after having defined the air side
pressure drop for both the unit
and the system. Once having
defined the operating point (see
page 20-25), adjust the variable
pulley (see page 13) on the
motor, adjusting the opening
until reaching the fan speed
defined previously. Check that
the speed is correct using a
special tachometer.
