Before Calling Customer Service

If you find a problem with the product, please check the following before contacting the customer service.
Problem
Product fails to start.
The buttons on the control panel do not
respond.
Indoor air keeps showing a red light
indicator and cannot be purified.
The product is making a loud noise.
The product cannot connect with the
acerpure Life app.
Cannot register or operate the product
from the acerpure Life app.
Possible cause
The power plug may not be plugged into
the outlet.
The lock function may be on.
There may be too much dust or particles
accumulated in the filter.
There may be other debris around the
product.
The product is placed in the corner.
There may be too much ventilation.
The indoor air may be severely polluted.
Dust may have accumulated in the
circulating fan.
There may be items stuck in the circulator
fan.
The floor and tabletop where the product is
placed is uneven or unstable.
The power plug may not plugged in the
outlet properly.
The Wi-Fi (wireless router) connected to
the product may not be working properly.
The Wi-Fi (wireless router) connected to

Solution
Please make sure the power is plugged into
the outlet.
Please press and hold down the purifier
speed button for 3 seconds to disable the
lock function.
Please clean the filter of the purifier
properly, or replace the filter directly.
Please remove the sundries around the
product.
Please move the product and place it
elsewhere.
Please place the product in a suitable
indoor space for use, and avoid placing it
next to a ventilated window.
Please ventilate the room first and then
use this product.
Please clean the guard of the air circulator
properly.
Please clean the foreign object from the air
circulator guard.
Place move the product to a flat floor or
table top.
Please plug the power plug of this product
in the outlet correctly.
Please turn off the wireless router and
switch it on again.
Please confirm whether the wireless router
has internet connection problems.
Please place the wireless router closer to
the product.
Please turn off the wireless router and turn
it on again.
Please confirm whether the wireless router
has internet connection problems.
