4.5- Continuous operation (Fig.4)
The tool is equipped with a trigger lock button (10), which enables continuous operation.
Press on trigger switch (7) to start tool then press on the lock button (10) to lock the switch and
allowing you to use the tool in continuous operation.
To disengage the continuous operation mode, press on the trigger switch (7) to release the lock
button (10).
4.6- Variable Speed (Fig.4)
The variable speed knob (11) is located on the top of the handle.
You may adjust the speed by rotating the knob (11).
Ensure that the speed is suitable for work you are performing.
V. OPERATION
5.1- Intended use
- The product is intended for domestic use for dry works.
- The product is intended only for cutting materials (e.g. wood, soft metal, plastic...) with proper
blade.
- The tool is not intended for professional or industrial use.
- Do not use tool for purposes not intended.
- Do not use this tool for works for which it is not designed.
- Never work on materials containing asbestos (as asbestos is considered carcinogenic).
5.2- Before starting
- Before plugging the tool, check that the voltage of your main power source is the same as the voltage
shown on the machine's rating plate.
- CAUTION! Material Damage! Excess pressure can cause material damage.
When sawing; only a light pressure is required.
Excessive pressure overloads the motor unnecessarily, and can cause damage.
5.3- Operation
1. Wear appropriate protective equipment for the work you intend to carry out.
2. Prepare material for work.
3. Secure material, if necessary.
Do not use your own weight or body to hold material.
4. Insert cutting accessory into blade holder.
Ensure that shoe plate is locked.
5. Connect product to a power source (refer to characteristics on product).
6. Firmly hold tool by handles. Always maintain a balanced and secure position.
7. Place tool close to material. Do not make sudden movements.
8. Press trigger switch to start operation.
Let the blade reach its full speed then apply the blade on the workpiece, do not apply additional
pressure.
9. Once work is finished, stop tool by releasing the trigger switch.
Note: do not put down tool until cutting accessory has come to a complete stop.
