HINWEIS
Vor der Montage des Spann-
futters zwei O-Ringe ø 11 x 2,5
(21) leicht einfetten und in die
Bohrungen auf der Grundplat-
tenunterseite legen.
Inbetriebnahme
Montagefläche kontrollieren.
Falls nötig, bearbeiten.
PowerChuck P je nach Bedie-
nungsart vorbereiten.
Spannfutter nach Bedarf an der
Pneumatik anschliessen.
WICHTIG
Wie Sie das Spannfutter be-
dienen können, ist im Abschnitt
<Bedienung> ersichtlich.
Auflageflächen reinigen.
Spannfutter vorsichtig auf der
Montagefläche plazieren, Zylin-
derschrauben M12 (22, nicht im
Lieferumfang enthalten) einset-
zen und leicht anziehen.
NOTICE
Before you fit the PowerChuck
P, slightly grease the two O-
rings ø 11 x 2,5 (21) and place
them in the boreholes on the un-
derside of the base plate.

Setting up
Check base surface.
Treat if necessary.
Prepare PowerChuck P accord-
ing to mode of operation.
Connect PowerChuck P to the
pneumatic system according to
requirements.
IMPORTANT
How to control the chuck is de-
scribed in the <Operation> sec-
tion.
Clean the contact surfaces.
Carefully
place
PowerChuck
P on the mounting surface, in-
sert M12 socket head bolts (22,
not included) and tighten them
slightly.
INDICATION
Avant montage du mandrin
PowerChuck P, graisser les
deux joints toriques ø 11 x 2,5
(21) et les placer dans les per-
çages sur la face inférieure de la
plaque de base.
Mise en service
Contrôler le plan de montage.
Si besoin est, l'usiner.
Préparer le mandrin Power-
Chuck P en fonction du mode de
commande retenu.
Procéder
au
raccordement
pneumatique du mandrin Power-
Chuck P en fonction des besoins.
IMPORTANT
La manoeuvre du mandrin est
expliquée au paragraphe intitulé
<Conduite>.
Nettoyer les surfaces de contact.
Placer avec précaution le man-
drin PowerChuck P sur la sur-
face de montage, puis insérer
les vis à tête cylindrique M12
(22, non inclus) et les serrer
légèrement.
