5.5 Plugging Sequence
Start the charging process:
1. Connect the power grid connector to the grid.
2. Connect the vehicle connector to the vehicle.
Stop the charging process:
1. Unlock the vehicle connector in the vehicle and unplug it.
2. Disconnect the grid connector.
5.6 Error Mode
The following flashlight signal indicates a potential error or an opened residual current protection
mechanism: Permanent recurrence of 5x blinking + short break.
Remark: With the product option "Energy meter and Bluetooth" the error can be read-out with
the NRGkick app via smartphone.
The "Error" mode can only be reset by disconnecting the power supply. In case of an error check if
there is a failure related to the vehicle or to the power socket.
5.7 Integrated Functions

Residual current detection for direct as well as for alternating residual current
(permanent surveillance in the mode "vehicle charging").

Energy meter for voltage, current, power and energy measurement

Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) for the data exchange with smartphones

6. Adapter Plugs
Only use adapters, which were supplied together with the charging device or which are approved
for NRGkick.
Respect the maximum current, which is allowed to be adjusted for the specific adapters! The value
is indicated on the label at the adapter cable. In addition there are current limit marks imprinted
at the lift side of the NRGkick housing. They also inform about the maximum adjustable charging
current for the requirements of the different grid connectors.
