3. Safety Instructions
Warning!
The non-observance of the safety instructions can result in danger to life or in injury as well as in
damage to the device. DiniTech GmbH reject the liability for claims resulting from such a non-
observance.
Electrical Hazard! Fire Hazard!
Never use worn, damaged or soiled charge connectors, grid connectors or adapter plugs!
The electrical installation, which the charging device is connected to for operation, has to be
inspected by a skilled electrician. The current circuit of the socket, which is used for charging has
to be equipped with an own residual current protective device and a circuit breaker. Only charge
at properly installed and undamaged sockets and only at faultlessly installed electrical
installations.
At unknown sockets the vehicle charging current has to be adjusted to the lowest current value.
The owner (end customer) has to make sure to run the charging device always in immaculate
condition!
The charging device has to be frequently inspected for damages of the housing, the charging
connector and the grid connector (visual check)!

A damaged charging device has to be disconnected from the grid immediately and must not be
connected to the power grid again. Damaged charging devices have to be replaced!
Repair works on the charging device are not allowed and may only be performed by the
manufacturer (replacement of the charging device)!
Do not apply arbitrary modifications to the charging device!
Do not remove labels or imprints such as identification label, warning notes, current limit marks or
display symbols!
Never remove the power grid connector during charging! After stopping the charging process,
unplug the charging connector from the vehicle first and then unplug the grid connector.
Always follow the plugging sequence!
The use of additional extension cables for the connection to the vehicle is prohibited!
The charging device must be exclusively used for charging the traction battery of electric and plug-
in-hybrid vehicles. The operation under different load cases (misuse) is not allowed!
Read the information and instructions of your vehicle carefully before you charge the vehicle with
the charging device!
Do not run the charging device in a thermally insulated or encapsulated vessel or container!
There is risk of overheating.
