1. DESCRIPTION

The device Ref. 1784/45 is a module containing an ILA (Induction Loop Antenna) and a proximity key reader
with Mifare Plus technology. The device is dedicated to panels Mod. 1784.

2. CAPABILITIES

The ILA can be used by hearing aid users (by connecting the device to the door unit) to hear the audio
conversation on the door unit through their hearing aid. The hearing aid must be provided with magnetic
"T" interface.

The proximity key reader
• approaching a previously saved Urmet user proximity key (Ref.1125/54 or /53 or /52) to the module;
• the door-release key in the entrance to the building is pressed.
Each time the door is opened, the 3-digit display, if enabled, shows the type of activation and the number
of the key that has caused this, according to the following conventions:
'nnn' number of the user key;
internal entrance button;
key not recognized.
The two-color LED, if enabled, displays the recognition of a proximity key approached to the front by
changing color (from red to green).
