STAINLESS STEEL CLADDINGS
!
In order to ensure a proper maintenance and durability of
the stainless steel claddings, it is very important to treat
the cabinets with specific products that clean and at the
GB
same time create a protective barrier on the material.
It is essential to clean any stain as soon as possible, espe-
cially if caused by leftovers.
It is essential not to leave ferrous material on the shelves.
Without a proper maintenance of the stainless steel clad-
dings, the material can deteriorate and may form perma-
F
nent stains.

At least every two months clean the condenser from dust,
!
webs, etc.
Take the front grill off and clean with a brush or a vacuum
cleaner (image.7).
This operation is extremely important to assure a good
and long performance of the cabinet!
FOODSTUFFS KEPT IN THE CABINETS
HAVE TO BE PACKAGED
In case of foodstuff leak in the cabinet, the surface of the
!
cabinet itself has to be quickly and properly cleaned.
If necessary, take away the base shelf, the fans holder pla-
te (with the intervention of qualified personnel) and clean
properly the tank of the cabinet. Please note that if this
operation is not properly carried out, the foodstuff dete-
riorated leak could affect the whole surface of the cabinet.
Some substances such as vinegar, lactic acid, bleach and
sodium nitrate can damage the stainless steel surfaces
and the sprayed plate surfaces.
