Changing hands
Explain the function of the unit to the user,
in particular, call his attention to the safety
instructions and the dripping of the fittings
when heating up. Hand over the installation
and operating instructions to the user.
Maintenance
Applicable to all maintenance
work:
• Disconnect unit from the mains
circuit.
• Shut off cold water supply at the
safety group and drain unit via check
connection piece.
• Remove unit, drain via the cold and
hot water connection pieces and place
on a table.
To open the housing lid (Fig. 12):
Pull off thermostat knob, remove
screws.
On the opposite side, lower the
locking screws towards the inside by
rotating them counterclockwise
or clockwise.
Swing open housing lid and remove.
Swing out assembly holder and
remove upper insulation element.
The unit is now accessible for all
additional maintenance work.
In case the appliance is opened for
service, the tightening strap (Fig. 12,
item 3.1) prevents the inner container
from falling out of the heater.
Exchange connection line, Fig. 13.
Leave tension release thread in place!
Thermostat and thermal safety cut-out
adjustment, Fig. 14.
Exchange thermostat, make thermal safety
cut-out operational again by pressing the
reset button.
The distances L1 and L2 and the
position must be maintained.
Allow clamp Fig. 14, item 1, to latch in!
Decalcification
Remove heating flange, remove coarse
calcium with a piece of wood, immerse
heating element up to the flange plate
into decalcitant.
Survey of the protective
conductor (acc. BGV A3):
Pull off the electric plug.
The survey has to be done on the water
connection and on the protective
conductor line of the power supply
cabele.

Mise en service chez
l'utilisateur
Expliquez au client utilisateur le fonction-
nement de l'appareil. Informez-le des
instructions de sécurité à respecter,
prévenez-le que pendant la chauffe, la
robinetterie goutte. Remettez les
instructions de montage et de
fonctionnement au client utilisateur.
Entretien
Pour toute intervention:
• Mettre l'appareil hors tension
• Fermer l'arrivée d'eau froide sur le
groupe de sécurité et vider l'appareil
par l'intermédiaire du raccord de test.
• Desserrer les raccords d'eau chaude
et froide de l'appareil, déposer
l'appareil et le poser sur la table.
Démontage du capot de l'appareil:
Démonter le bouton de thermostat,
retirer les vis.
Sur le coté opposé, enfoncer les vis de
verrouillage vers l'intérieur en tournant
vers la droite ou la gauche.
Soulever le capot et l'enlever
Basculer vers l'extérieur le support
équipé, enlever la coquille isolante
supérieure.
L'appareil est maintenant accessible pour
une intervention.
Si en cas de dépannage, le capot doit
être ouvert, la sangle (Fig. 12, rep. 3.1)
empêche le basculement de la cuve.
Changer le câble de raccordement, Fig. 13
laisser en place le fil antitraction!
Ajustage des thermostats de réglage et de
sécurité ( Fig. 14).
Remplacer le thermostat de réglage,
réarmer le thermostat de sécurité en
appuyant sur le bouton poussoir.
Respecter impérativement les
distances L1 et L2 et la position
indiquées.
Enfoncer l'ergot Fig. 14, rep. 1!
Détartrage
Démonter le corps de chauffe, enlever le
calcaire en surface à l'aide d'une spatule
en bois. Tremper la résistance jusqu'à la
bride dans un produit détartrant.
Tester la mise à la terre de
l'appareil selon les normes et
prescriptions en vigueur:
Couper l'alimentation électrique.
Ce test est à réaliser sur la raccord
hydraulique et aux bornes de terre.

Aflevering
Leg de gebruiker uit hoe de boiler werkt.
Maak hem met name attent op de
veiligheidsaspecten en het druppelen bij
het verwarmen. Overhandig de montage-
en gebruiksaanwijzing aan de gebruiker.
Onderhoud
Bij werkzaamheden altijd:
• Eerst de boiler loskoppelen van het
stroomnet.
•Koudwatertoevoer aan de inlaat-
combinatie afsluiten en boiler via
testnippel leegmaken.
•Apparaat verwijderen, via de warm-
water- en koudwater- aansluitpunten
leeg laten lopen en op tafel leggen.
Demontage van de bovenkap
Regelknop verwijderen, schroeven
losdraaien.
De schroeven in de bodemplaat laten
verzinken door naar links of rechts te
draaien.
verwijderen.
Montagestrip naar buiten buigen en
bovenste isolatieschaal verwijderen.
Nu is de boiler toegankelijk voor verdere
werkzaamheden.
Bij geopende boiler, zorgt de spanband
ervoor, dat de binnentank (Afb. 12,
nr. 3.1) op zijn plaats blijft.
Aansluitleiding vervangen (Afb. 13 ).
Nylondraadje vast laten zitten!
Dompellengte van de thermostaat en
begrenzer evt. corrigeren, (Afb. 14).
Regelaar vervangen, begrenzer weer
bedrijfsklaar maken door de herstelknop
omlaag te drukken (d. m. v. een
schroevendraaier).
De aangegeven afstanden L1 en L2
en de positie moeten strikt
worden aangehouden.
Klem (Afb. 14, nr. 1) vastzetten!
Ontkalken
Verwarmingsflens demonteren, grove kalk
met een houten voorwerp verwijderen,
verwarmingselement tot aan de flensplaat
in een ontkalkingsmiddel dompelen.
Testen van de aardleiding volgens
BGV A3:
Netssteker uit wcd halen.
De test dient via de water aansluiting en
de aardcontacten van de steker.
