MAINTENANCE
AFTER THE FIRST 100 HOURS OF OPERATION
1)
Perform engine maintenance according to the maintenance
manual. Special attention must be given toair filter maintenance.
29 Clean the air filter (Fig.8). Befare releasing the cover TP, press
the valve to take out the accumulated dust. Remove the cover
TP and take out the filters.and clean them with compressed
air (Fig.9).Clean the inside of the body of the filter elements. When
assembling,ensure the correct fitting of the cover TP.
NOTE: To access the filter. is necessal'f to remove lile
covercounter weight

Check brak.e fluid level.
4)
Check hydraulic oillevel using the level rod.
5)
Replace the hydraulic oil filter cartridge is fixed at the left lateral
side of the hydraulic pump (Fig.11). Ralease the cartridge,
clean the surface of the seat of the support of the cartridge
and grease it with clean oil. Put the new cartridge, tightening it
strongly with the hand
.
NOTE: After changing the filter cartridge, start the engine and
check if there are overflows of oil. Check the level of the oil and, if
it is necessary replenish it.
6)
Replace the oil of the differential groups. To do it, release the lower
covers and keep the oil into adecuate containers. Fill with new oil
until the level Fig.12.
7)
Replace the oil of the wheel reductor.To do it, place the reductor
in position as in Fig.14 and ralease the cover. Keep the oil
into an adecuate container. Turn the reductor until placing it in
the indicated position in Fig.15 and fill with new oil. until the level.
8)
Check the battery condition. lf the level of the electrolyte level is
low add ONLY distilled water.
9)
Grease all the greasing points of the machina indicated in the
following list of greasing points:
agria hispania, s.l.

1)
Réaliser l'entretien du moteur.conformément au manuel
d'entretien.Accorder une attention spéciale á l'entretien du
filtre d'air.
2)
Nettoyer le filtre ll air (Fig. 8) avant de lacher la couvercle TP.
presser la valve pour enlever le poussil!re accumulé,demonter
la couvercle TP. lacher les filtres et nettoyer les filtres avec de
l'air á pression (Fig. 9).Nettoyer l'interieur du corps du filtre
et tout l'extirieur subsistuer les elements filtrantes chaque 5
nettoyages. Il faut s'assurer la carrete emboitement de la couvercle
TP dans le montage
NOTE: Pour accéder au filtre, il est nècessaire de dèmonter le
couvercle du contre-pas

Vérifier le niveau du liquide de freins.
4)
Vérifier le niveau d'huile hydraulique au moyen de la tige
de niveau.
5)
Substituer la cartouche du filtre de l'huile hydraulique. La
cartouche est place dans la partie laterale gauche du pompe
hydraulique (Fig.11). lacher la cartouche nettoyer le bassement
du support et lubrifier avec de l'huile prope. Monter la nouvelle
cartouche en pressant fortement avec la main.
NOTE: Aprés audir change la cartouche du filtre, demarrerle
moteur et verifier que n'existent remelre si necessaire.
6)
Remplacer l'huile des groupes differentiels. Lacher les bouchons
inferieures et reprendre l'huile dans un recipient adéquat. Remplir
avec d'huile nouveau jusqu'âu niveau Fig.12.
7)
Substituer l'huile des reducteurs de roue: Placer le reducteur en
position selon Fig 14,et lacher le bouchon et reprendre l'huile
dans un récipient adéquat.Tourner le reducteur pour qu'il soir
placé dans la position indiqueé dans la Fig. 15 et remplir jusqu'au
niveau avec d'huile nouveau.
8)
Reviser l'état de la batterie.si le niveau de l'électrolyte est bas.
ajouter seulement de l'eau distillant.
9)
Graisser toutes les parties de lubrification de la machine indiqués
dans la suivante relation des points de graissage.
