OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
STARTING THE MACHINE
ATTENTION
BEFORE STARTING THE MACHINE, MAKE SURE THAT THE
LOAD IS PROPERLY POSITIONED AND THE MAST IS TILTED
BACKWARDS.
CAREFULLY INSPECT THE AREA TO SEARCH FOR POSSIBLE
HAZARDS,AND ACT ACCORDINGLY.
BEFORE STARTING THE MACHINE,CHECK THAT
NOBODY IS WITHIN OPERATING RANGE
To start the machine,proceed as follows:
1)
Let the engine tums in ralenti.
2)
Put the inversor lever 15,Fig.1 into the desired gear.according
to the indications ofthe Fig. 5
3)
Accelerate slightly to get the displacement of the machine.
ATTENTION
BEFORESTART THEMACHNI E,BESURE THATTHE PARKING
BRAKE IS DISCONNECTED
ATTENTION
DO NOT PUSH THE INCHING PEDAL BRUSQUELY BECAUSE THE
MACHINE WILL STOP BRUSQUELY.
WITH THE INCHING PEDAL PUSHED,THE MACHINE DOES
NOT START MOVING ANO THE ENGINE CAN BE ACCELERATED
TO THE MAXIMUM GET FAST MOVEMENTS OFTHEMAST.
WITH THE ENGINE ACCELERATED ANO RELEASEING SLOWLY
THE INCHING PEDAL THE MACHINE CAN GET SLOW
'-MOVEMENTS ANO ACCURATE APPROACHINGS.
To invert the direction of the gears it is recommended to stop the
machine and, after,work the inversor lever.
STOPPING THE MACHINE
ATTENTION
PARKTHE MACHINE ON FIRM GROUND ANO APPLYTHE PARKING
BRAKE.
IF THE MACHINE STOPS ON A SLOPE,PLACE A WEDGE UNDER
A WHEEL.
NEVER LEAVE THE MACHINE WHILE THE ENGINE
RUNNING;NEITHER WITH THE IGNITION KEY INTRODUCED
1)
Slowly ralease the accelerator pedal,step on the BRAKE pedal
and place the inverter control in NEUTRAL
2)
Apply the parking brake,tilt the mast backwards and lower the forks
down to ground level. Make sure that the load is properly placed.
3)
Turn the key to the STOP position to stop the engine and
release it.

MISE EN MARCHE DE LA MACHINE
ATTENTION
AVANT DE METTRE EN MARCHE LA MACHINE, S'ASSURER QUE
LE CHARGEMENT EST EN BONNE PDSITION ET QUE LE MAT EST
INCUNE VERS L'ARRIERE.
EXAMINER TOUJOURS AVEC BEAUCOUP D'ATTENTION LA
ZONE POUR CHERCHER DE POSSIBLES DANGERS ETAGIR EN
CONSEQUENCE.
METTRE EN MARCHE LA MACHINE UNIQUEMENT APRES
AVOIR CONTROLE QU'IL N'Y A PERSONNE DANS SON RAYON
D'ACTION.
Pour la mise en marche de la machine, op!!rer de la fa¡¡on suivante:
1)
Laiser que le moteur tourne en ralenti.
2)
Placer la commande de l'inverseur 15, Fig.1 dans la position
de marche desirne,en suivant les indications du FIg. 5.
3)
Accélerer doucement pour obtenir le deplacement de la machine.
ATTENTION
AVANT LA MISE EN MARCHE DE LA MACHINE IL FAUT
S'ASSURER QUE LE FREIN DE STATIONNÉMENT SOIT
DÉBRANCHÉ.
ATTENTION
NE PAS PRESSER BRUSQUEMENT LA PÉDALE INCHING
PARCE QUE LA MACHINE S'ARRETERA BRUSQUEMENT. AVEC
LA PÉDALE INCHING PRESSEE. LA MACHINE N'A PAS DE
DEPLACEMENT ET LE MOTEUR PEUT ETRE ACCELERÉ AU
MAXIMUM POUR OBTENIR DES MDUVEMENTS RAPIDES DU MAT.
AVEC LE MOTEUR ACCELERÉ.EN LACHANT LENTEMENT LA
PEDALE INCHING S'OBTIENENT DEMOUVEMENTS LENTES
ET DES RAPPROCHEMENTS DE PRECISION DE LA MACHINE.
Pour inverser le sens desmarches il est recommendable arréter la
machine et aprés actionner la commande de l'inverseur.
ARRET DE LA MACHINE
ATTENTION
SI LA MACHINE S'ARRETE DANS UNE PENTE, IL FAUT METTRE
UNE CALE SOUS LA ROUE.
NE JAMAIS ABANDONNER LA MACHINE AVEC LE MOTEUR
EN MARCHE, NI AVEC LA CLE DE DEMARRAGE MISE.
1)
Lâcher doucement l'accélérateur,appuyer le pédale de FREIN
et situar en position NEUTRE la commande de l'inverseur.
2)
Mettre en place le frein de stationnement,incliner le mat vers
l'arrière et baisser les fourches jusqu'au sol. S'assurer de
la situation correcte du chargement.
3)
Tourner la cié á la position du STOP, pour arreter le moteur
et retirer la même.
