ELECTING AN INPUT SOURCE
Press the INPUT button to select the source to
be displayed on the television from the
equipment you have connected to the AV jacks:
Air TV, Cable TV, AV-1, AV-2, AV-3, S-Video,
YPbPr, or HDMI.

ELECTING AN ASPECT RATIO
Press the RATIO button to cycle through and
select AUTO, 16:9, 4:3, or ZOOM.

SING THE SLEEP FEATURE
Press the SLEEP button on the remote control
to select OFF, 15, 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes.
The television automatically turns off when the
time has elapsed.
To cancel the sleep function, press the SLEEP
button repeatedly until the display changes to
OFF.

AGING UP A LIST OR MENU
Press the PAGE UP button to turn to the
previous page.

SING THE ELECTRONIC PROGRAM GUIDE
The Electronic Program Guide (EPG) supplies
information such as program lists and start and
end times of all available channels.
Also, the EPG provides detailed information
about the program. (The availability and the
amount of program details vary depending on
the broadcaster.)
Note • The EPG begins its list with the channel
that is currently active.
• The EPG only works when you are
receiving digital channels.
• Depending on the broadcast information,
the guide time and actual program time
may not match. This is not a fault of the
television.
• The guide may not always display program
information.

To use the electronic program guide:
1 Press the EPG button to view the electronic
program guide.
The first line displays the currently playing
program number, program name, parent
guide, and current time.
The second line displays channel labels for
the current program (depends on the actual
program).
The third line displays the guide time for
programs you have selected.
2 Press or
in the PROGRAM NAME column. Each
channel's EPG information is displayed in the
ABSTRACT column.
3 Press the OK button to move the cursor to
the ABSTRACT column, then press
to scan.
4 Press the EXIT button to return to the
previous menu, then press the EPG button to
exit the EPG menu.

IEWING INFORMATION
1 Press the INFO button on the remote control
to display the current channel number, time,
rating, picture, and sound system
information.
2 Press the INFO button to clear the
information from the screen. If you change
the channel, the information is updated and
displayed on the screen.

IEWING THE PREVIOUS CHANNEL
Press the PRE.CH button on the remote control
to return to the previous channel viewed.

REEZING THE PICTURE
Press the FREEZE button on the remote control
to pause the current picture. Press again to
restore.

ELECTING A STEREO SOUND EFFECT
Press the STEREO button on the remote control
to select a stereo sound effect.

ELECTING A CLOSED CAPTIONING MODE
Press the CCD button on the remote control to
display the closed captioning mode (On, Off, or
On When Mute), then press the left or right
arrow to select a different mode.

ELECTING THE VIDEO MODE
Press the PICTURE button on the remote
control to display picture mode (Custom,
Standard, Vivid, and Mild), then press the left or
right arrow to select a different mode.
