7. Maintenance
Cleaning
Separate the device from the power supply and leave it to cool down before cleaning.
The device is maintenance free. For this reason, you should never open it. If you do open the device, the warranty
will be rendered invalid.
Clean it only with a soft, dry cloth or brush. Never use aggressive cleaning agents or chemical solutions as the surface
of the housing could be damaged.
You can clean the outside of the fog machine with a damp cloth. Never use aggressive cleaning agents or chemical
solutions as the surface of the housing could be damaged.
To avoid deposits and residues in the fog fluid channels, use a special fog machine cleaner. Observe the instructions
for the cleaning liquid.

8. Handling

Never plug the power plug into a mains socket immediately after the device was taken from a cold to a warm
environment. The resulting condensation water may damage the device.
Allow the device to reach room temperature before connecting it. Wait until the condensation water has
evaporated.
Never pull the mains plug by pulling the cable from the socket. Always only use the thus provided grip area.
Remove the mains plug from the electrical outlet if the device is not in use for a longer period of time.
For safety reasons always pull the mains plug from the socket during a thunderstorm.
Never touch the device close to the fog output opening when it is in operation or shortly after operation is stopped.
This part of the device becomes extremely hot. There is risk of burning!
Never use dirty fog liquids. Always close the tank and the reservoir for your fog liquid right after filling.
Always empty the tank before transporting the device or not using it for a longer period.
Only use water-based fog liquids. Suitable fog liquids are listed in the "Technical Data".
