Using Pulse Setting
PULSE can be used with variable speeds to control chopping action or to encourage mixing of ingredients.

Place blender jar on base.

Plug in blender.

Fill by opening lid. Add
ingredients.

Rotate control knob clockwise to
select pulse speed. Always start
at speed 1 and adjust to a higher
speed after starting to pulse.

Place lid on jar.

Press PULSE button. Increase PULSE speed by rotating the control
knob clockwise. To increase speed at the same time as pulsing,
press and hold PULSE button.

Place quiet shield over blender
jar assembly.
