• CHARGE FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES.
• REMOVE THE BATTERY.
• DISCONNECT THE CHARGER.
WARNING: read all instructions above before using the charger. Non compliance with all instructions may cause
an electric shock, fire or severe injury.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
• The battery‟s temperature rises when it is used with the crimping machine. If the battery is charged immediately
after use, it will not be fully recharged. Let he battery cool down before recharging it.
• If the left LED blinks green and red when inserting the battery; remove the battery and wait for its temperature to
drop between 10°C and 40°C before reinserting it.
• The batteries heat during the charging. Do not overcharge the batteries.

6 Work instructions

This power tool is supplied by a 14.4V battery. Radiophonic disturbance complies with the Electromagnetic conformance
directive 2004/108/EC.
This power tool was designed to connect prepared tubes in different materials with a fitting.
WARNING: Never actuate the power tool without having fitted a jaw.
Before starting the work
• Check the position of the trigger. The tool must always be powered on with the trigger not pressed (OFF position). If you
power on the tool with the trigger pressed (run position), the tool starts immediately, which may cause an accident.
• Check that the battery is in perfect condition. If the battery is damaged, change it.
WARNING: disconnect the battery before any adjustment or maintenance operation.
6.1 Fitting the jaw
• DISCONNECT THE BATTERY FROM
THE CRIMPIMG MACHINE.
• RELEASE THE LOCKING SYSTEM.
• INSTALL THE JAW.
• PRESS AND LOCK THE STOP
BUTTON.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
• After installing the jaw, check visually that it is centered properly.
• The jaw has a very powerful jawing effect. Keep your fingers away from the jaw profile.
6.2 Removing the jaw
• DISCONNECT THE BATTERY FROM
THE CRIMPING MACHINE.
After about 30 minutes, the left LED no longer flashes green but
stays lit green. This means the battery is fully charged.
Remove t-he battery by pressing the two locking buttons on the side
of the battery. Then, slide the battery to remove it.
Reduce the risks by disconnecting the charger from its power source.
Align the battery‟s pins on the grooves in the crimping machine
handle and push fully until it clicks.
Omitting to disconnect the battery before adjusting or changing the
accessories may cause severe injuries.
Fully press the locking button. Turn the locking button to align the
groove with the retaining screw. A spring under the locking button
facilitates pin retraction.
Align the jaw with the crimping head. Align the jaw with the stop
button axis.
Press the pin of the locking button into the jaw hole and align the
groove of the stop button with the retaining screw.
Omitting to disconnect the battery before adjusting or changing the
accessories may cause severe injuries.
