Enter the desired value "01" in the transport device CV127. The decoder passes the
programming command "Enter value "01" in CV "897"" via the S.U.S.I. interface to the
connected module.
Example 2: You wish to read out the present value of CV902 of the S.U.S.I. module:

6.12 USP - Uninterruptable Signal Processing (only GOLD+ / GOLD21+ Decoder)
In combination with the optional energy storage, the intelligent USP circuit ensures that your
locomotive can run even over dirty track sections or dead frogs. The energy storage is not included
with this decoder and is installed separately in the vehicle.
Soldering surfaces are provided on the decoder for the connection of the energy storage (e.g.
Power 1), see Abb. 4, p. 8. Solder the respective cable of your energy storage to the soldering
surfaces. Make sure that you do not create short circuits to other soldering surfaces or between
soldering surfaces.
6.13 Coupling control
The decoder allows for a comfortable controlling of remote couplings at all function outputs. The
selected output provides full power for a settable period of time (kick duration) and reduced power
after this period has expired. By how much the power is decreased can be set using the value for
brightness for the choosen output. You can also set if and how long the locomotive is to move
during the coupling process.
