a7 - Tighten the ring nut (O) using your hands.
While tightening the nut (O) with the other hand hold the feeding duct (B).
a8 - Tighten the plastic pressure adjusting screw (C1) in the appropriate spot on the conical
sieve (C). Adjust the degree of "squeezing" with the plastic adjusting screw (C1).
a9 - Place the tray (D) on the feeding duct (B).

a10 - Position the chute (E2) on the conical sieve (C) as shown in figure "a10".
a11 - Attach the sauce protection (E1) to the conical sieve (C).
a12 - Position a container for collection of waste under the final part of the conical sieve (C)
and another container under the chute (E2) to collect the puree.

a13 - With this configuration, the appliance can be used for:
• Tomato preserves
• Fruit preserves and gelatin
• Vegetable preserves and gelatin
• Fruit puree for jam

plane (table, etc.).
