Description

The DC 5800c 9.2 kW P is machine with large suction
capacity and robust construction while still being
compact and easy to maneuver. Filter cleaning is
done with reverse pulse which gives excellent fi lter
economy. The turbopump is equipped with a vacuum
relief valve to give cooling air to the pump.

Operation

Connect the machine to a suitable power source ac-
cording to the specifi cation plate on the machine. If
the electrical cord on the machine becomes damaged
it should be replaced.
The fi lter should be cleaned 1-2 times per day with
continuous running or if the machine is equipped with
a fi lter monitor, when this is in the red area.
For fi lter cleaning:
1. Start the machine.
2. Close the shutter valve on the machines inlet.
3. With slow, even motion open the pulse top by
lifting the handle. Repeat three to six times.
The machine is used primarily in semi-mobile system
applications. It can be placed outside for connection
to temporary pipe or hose systems with 110 mm
mains and 76 mm branches. It is advisible to use a
preseparator of appropriate capacity.
4. Open the shutter valve.
5. If the fi lter condition meter reads green work
can continue, if in the red, pulse clean again. If
after several repetitions, the fi lter condition still
shows red the fi ne fi lter must be changed.
The plastic sack should be changed only after the
fi lter has been cleaned. The sack should be changed
when the dust level is about 5 cm under the foot valve.
The plastic sack should be sealed after removal from
the machine.
Use only original plastic sacks.
