Spannung, elektrische Leistung, Druckbereich und Nenn-
weite entnehmen Sie dem Typenschild.
Spannung beachten! Spannungstoleranz: ±10 %
• Achtung!
Spannungsunterbrechungen entstehen.

Spannung und den Betriebsdruck!
ENGLISH
In order that the unit will function satisfactorily and have a
long service life, please observe the information given in
these operating instructions, as well as the application
conditions and the permissible data given in the Type 6633/
6634 data sheet:
• Observe the general technical regulations when planning the
application and operation of the unit!
• Take suitable measures to avoid inadvertent actuation or
impermissible interference!
• Note that lines and valves must not be unscrewed from systems
that are under pressure!
• Always switch off the voltage supply before working on the
system!
• Before using aggressive media, check the resistance of the parts
which will come into contact with it!
• Protect the valve from strong vibration and impacts!
• Prevent impurities getting into the interior of the valve!
• If this information is ignored, or if unauthorised work is carried out
on the device, we will not accept liability of any kind, and the
warranty will no longer be valid for the unit and its accessories!
PIEZO-FLIPPER VALVE for the areas of analysis techno-
logy and biomedicine. A piezo-ceramic drives a metal
tongue ("Flipper") which is encased in elastomeric sealant.
• The device works virtually free of wear, noise and maintenance.
• Valve inner contour with extremely low dead zone or low
clearance, with minimal internal volumes.
• The "Flipper" hermetically separates the medium and the drive.
• Minimum power consumption due to piezo-electricity.
• No additional heat due to the piezo drive.
• High-quality materials in contact with the medium: Sealant
Perfluorelastomer; Casing material PEEK.
• 3/2 way valve: circuit function T: Pressure or vacuum can be
connected to any casing port.
• 2/2 way valve: circuit function A (closed when inactive) or B (open
when inactive).
• Permissible temperature range (medium and ambient):
-10°C to + 55°C
• Duty cycle: 100%
Voltage, electrical power, pressure range and nominal
diameter are specified on the rating plate. Observe the
voltage! Voltage tolerance: ±10 %
• Caution! When making electrical connections, observe the
polarity!
Work on the unit must only be carried out by authorised,
skilled personnel using suitable tools!
• Interrupt the flow of medium before unscrewing the unit from the
connection plate!
• The valve cannot be dismantled!
• Maintenance and repair work can only be carried out by the
manufacturer!
• Make use of the supplied mounting brackets and screws to fix the
valve to a mounting plate.
• Alternative fixation using quick-fit connections (see Accessories)
• Various connectors with wires for the electrical connection of the
valve are available as accessories.
• Faults can be caused by dirt, short-circuits and by interruptions of
the voltage supply.
• In the event of a fault, check the line connections, the voltage and
the operational pressure!
