6 Troubleshooting

If the device does not operate as intended, check the following tables for information.
6.1

No reaction when the controller is turned on.

1. Check all connections again.
- The connection between the power supply and the controller.
- The connection between the controller and the antenna.
- Make sure that the left-hand connector of the antenna is connected to the controller.
2. Check if the power cord has been damaged.
3. Check the switch on the back of the controller.
4. Alarm signal
- Turn off the power switch and check the antenna connection, then turn the power back on.
6.2

Alignment error (satellite search)

1. Obstacles such as buildings or trees can block the satellite signals or affect the quality of the signal reception. Make sure that
the area to the south is clear of obstacles.
2. Select another satellite, such as Astra1, and if that works, choose your desired satellite.
3. Turn the unit off and then on again and select the desired satellite.
6.3

Other possible causes

1. If the cables in the system are not properly connected, the system will not work properly. In the event of cable damage,
please contact your local dealer / shop.
