Safety Information

The following labels are used on the device:

The following symbols may be used on the
device:
Indicates that user must read and
understand the instructions.
Indicates that surfaces may be hot.
Indicates a shock hazard from dan-
gerous voltage.
Indicates a pinch hazard may exist.
Appearance Function
Controls line power to the unit.
Controls the motion of the rotisserie motor.
Controls the rotisserie's speed of rotation.
These controls are associated with the heating
function. Used with temperature display (see below).
Indicates the temperature of the incubator chamber.
Used with temperature controls (see above).
NOTE: The red bar to the left of the display indicates
a negative value. Used in calibrating the unit.
Indicates that the unit is operating in the alarm
condition (the indication is only seen during the
alarm condition).
