Ensure that there are no leaks from the gas ramp.
- start the burner at the maximum flow-rate;
- to insert a gauge for the measure of the pressure of the gas to the head of the burner;
- measure the CO
2
- check the counter to see whether the flow-rate is as required: to adjust the quality of gas act on the air gate
servo control with small movements of the red cam until you obtain the desired flow-rate;
- once you have obtained the desired flow-rate repeat the combustion test and, if necessary fine-tune the
GAS-AIR ratio V by acting on screw 1;
- bring the burner to the 1
combustion by acting on N via screw 2.
- re-check combustion at maximum flow-rate and various intermediate flow-rates as the burner is designed
for continuous modulation.
