– if you are not using the device,
– if a fault occurs during operation,
– if liquids or debris end up in the device,
– before a storm,
– before you clean it.
• When removing the mains plug from the
socket, never pull on the cable, but always
on the plug.
• The device must be deactivated when you
pull the mains plug out of the socket or insert
it in the socket.
• Never submerge the device in water or other
liquids! Make sure that the device, the cord
or the plug do not fall in water or are at risk of
getting wet. If the device falls in water, imme-
diately disconnect the power supply.
• Never touch the device, the mains cord or plug
with wet hands.
• Lay the mains cord so that it cannot be
crushed or kinked and so that it does not
come into contact with sharp edges and hot
surfaces (including those of the device).
• Do not allow the device to fall and do not
subject it to strong percussions.
• Never pull or carry the device by the mains cord.
Never wind the mains cord around the device.
