the power supply
Cause
 One of the three phases is missing from the power
supply
 There is a voltage drop at the power supply
 The environmental temperature is too high. When
the temperature is above 40°C (104°F) the inverter
will decrease its maximum output current
 DC bus voltage exceed a threshold
 Built in EEPROM has problems due to noise or
excessive temperature.
 One of the three phases is missing from the power
supply
 There is a voltage drop at the power supply
Unattended Start Protection active
 The cable to the motor has been damaged
 The motor has been damaged
 Water have entered the motor
 The power supply has got voltage transients
 The internal temperature in the inverter is above
120°C (248°F). This could be caused by faulty ven-
tilation in the electrical cabinet.
 The cable to the motor has been damaged
 The motor has been damaged
 Inspect the display on the inverter for any fault code
 Inspect fuses inside electrical cabinet
 Inspect the fuses in the worksites fuse box
 Inspect cables
 Measure that all three phases are present and at full
voltage at the cable end near the machine.
 Make sure that the cable is not to long. If the cable
should be to long, use a cable with higher rating to a
distribution box nearer the machine.
 Lower the speed
 Inspect the tools
 Change the tools if needed
 Change the flexible spring steel discs
Correction
 Inspect the fuses in the worksites fuse box
 Inspect cables
 Measure that all three phases are present and at
full voltage at the cable end near the machine
 Make sure that the cable is not too long. If the
cable should be too long, use a cable with higher
rating to a distribution box nearer the machine
 Inspect the ventilation fans
 Inspect the filters to the fans
 Inspect the power source
 Check the fans/ let the motor drive cool down
 Contact Scanmaskin service centre
See E01-E05
 Reset the drive by pressing "STOP/RESET"
 Inspect the motor cable
 Inspect the motor connection
 Contact Scanmaskin service centre
