Problem
Picture lacks color or picture is
too dark
All channels lose color
intermittently or there is snow

Note
The LCD screen is manufactured to provide many years of
useful life. Occasionally a few non-active pixels may appear as
a fixed blue, green, or red point. This is not considered to be a
defect in the LCD screen.
Solution
• Make sure that the
color, brightness, and
contrast controls are
correctly adjusted.
• Make sure that the
antenna is connected.
• Make sure that the
antenna is not broken.
• The station or cable
provider may be
experiencing
problems. Try a
different channel.
• The cable channel may
be scrambled. Contact
you cable provider for
a cable box.
• Check for local
interference.
• Check all cable
connections.
• Contact your cable
provider regarding
possible service
interruption.
• Set the Sleep Timer to
off.
• Make sure that the
antenna or CATV
connector is
connected correctly.
• The station or cable
provider may be
experiencing
problems. Try a
different channel.
• Parental control does
not work with news or
sporting events.
• Make sure that the
ratings are set
correctly.
