Pneumatikzylinder (1) tauschen
1
1. Kupplungsteil (2) von der Kolben-
stange schrauben.
2. Vier Innensechskantschrauben M5
(3) lösen.
3. Pneumatikzylinder (1) gegen neuen
tauschen und befestigen
Fig. 16
4. Kupplungsteil (2) auf Kolbenstangen
schrauben und mit Sechskantmutter
(4) kontern.
Führungssäulen (5) tauschen
1. Führungssäulen (5) aus dem
Oberteil herausdrücken, dazu ggf.
Ambossplatte entfernen.
2. Neue Führungssäulen einpressen.
3. Ggf. Ambossplatte montieren.

Laufrollen (6) tauschen

1. Je vier Laufrollen (6) im Oberteil
oder Unterteil herausschrauben.
2. Neue Laufrollen anschrauben.

Stützrolle (7) tauschen

1. Zylinderstift Ø (8) entfernen
2. Neue Stützrolle und Zylinderstift (8)
einsetzen.

Replacing the pneumatic cylinder (1)
1. Unscrew the coupler (2) from the
piston rod.
2. Loosen four hexagon socket head
screws M5 (3).
3. Exchange old pneumatic cylinder (1)
for a new one and fasten it.
4. Screw the coupler (2) onto the pi-
ston rod and fi x it with a hexagon nut
(4).
Replacing the guide columns (5)
1. Press guide columns (5) out of the
upper section and remove the anvil
plate if necessary.
2. Press in new guide columns.
3. Assemble anvil plate if necessary.
Replacing the rollers (6)
1. Unscrew each of the four rollers (6)
in the upper or lower section.
2. Screw new rollers in.
Replacing the support roller (7)
1. Remove straight pin Ø (8)
2. Insert new support roller and straight
pin (8)
