NOTE
If cabinet has a drawer, a minimum 127 mm (5") depth clearance from the bottom of
cooktop to top of the drawer (or other obstruction) in base cabinet is required.
IMPORTANT:
The junction box must be located where it will allow considerable slack in the conduit for
serviceability.

Make sure the wall coverings, countertop
and cabinets around the cooktop can
withstand heat (up to 194 °F) generated by
cooktop.
