Thank you for choosing a PEUGEOT electric
salt mill. Your mill is fitted with the patented
system, giving full adjustability of the
level of grind. As it is infinitely variable, you
can select the perfect grind, from coarse to
fine, to suit any dish.
Important information
and safety instructions
Before using your u'select
mill for the first time:
• Please read the user guide carefully
and follow the instructions to keep your
mill in optimum condition.
• Examine your mill to ensure it has not
been damaged in transit.
• This electric mill is designed
specifically to grind salt. Do not use it for
wet sea salt or flowers of salt, Guerande,
Ré, Malton, pink salt, pepper or any other
spice, not even the berries as they have a
tendancy to clog the mechanism.
• Maintenance should be limited to
cleaning the mill and replacing the batteries
or bulb. Any other work by an unqualified
person could result in injury to the user.
• Do not insert your fingers or any other
object into the grinding mechanism.
• Always keep the mill and its packaging
out of the reach of children.
• Do not place or store the mill near any
heat source.
• Keep the mill in a dry place away from
damp or icy conditions.
• Do not immerse the mill in liquid or put
it in a dishwasher. Do not use with wet
hands.
