1. Move the handle ( Fig. 9/1) into a vertical position.
2. Slacken the screws ( Fig. 9/2) on the cover ( Fig. 9/3).
3. Remove the cover ( Fig. 9/3).
4. Slacken the cap screws ( Fig. 9/4).
