INSTRUCTION FOR USE
• Model SL-2500N: Press the front button and hot air will be blown for 30 seconds; after
said time, the hand dryer will stop automatically.
• Model SL-2500N A: By placing hands underneath the air output, at a distance of ap-
proximately 10 cm, the movement sensor will automatically activate the hand dryer until the
hands are withdrawn.
After 1 minute of continued operation, the appliance is programmed to switch off automati-
cally, until its next use.
IMPORTANT: To meet different installation criteria, the sensitivity of the movement sensor has
been adjusted to the maximum on leaving the factory. If the appliance is operating continu-
ously or does not detect hands easily, the sensitivity will need to be adjusted according to the
following instructions.
ADJUSTING THE SENSITIVITY OF THE MOVEMENT SENSOR (MODEL SL-2500N A)
• (Figure 1) Remove the two screws located on the lower part of the appliance (5).
• (Figure 3) Without removing completely the metal cover, use a small screwdriver to access
the sensitivity regulator. If the appliance is operating continuously, reduce the sensitivity (-).
Otherwise, if the appliance does not easily detect the hands, increase the sensitivity (+).
MAINTENANCE
• Before carrying out any maintenance task, ensure that the appliance is fully disconnected
from the power supply.
• The hand dryers do not require continuous maintenance; just clean the exterior with a cold
damp cloth. Ensure that the air input grill remains completely free of dust.
• Do not use detergents or abrasive products.
DECOMMISSIONING / RECYCLING
EEC directives, and the commitment we have to future generations, bestow a
responsibility to recycle materials; all waste from packaging should be placed in
the corresponding recycle bins, and all appliances replaced should be taken to the
nearest Waste Services Centre.
