4 LED Indicators and Troubleshooting

4.2 Troubleshooting

This chapter is intended to assist you in locating faults
after they have been signaled (LED or signaling contact).
Refer also to the description of the LED indicators in
Section 4.1 on page 39.
Fault displayed at System LED
Check that:
the supply voltage is being supplied
the supply voltage is connected correctly
Fault displayed at Port 1
Check that:
the correct data rate has been set
the serial data line has been connected correctly
the terminator has been connected correctly
Fault displayed at Port 2 / Port 3
Check that:
the optical fiber from the transmitting OZD Genius
G12 ... device is not broken
the optical fiber is not too long
the optical fibers are not crossed
the ports are not connected incorrectly
