Jam Clearance - Job Recovery - Oce VARIOPRINT 5000 Stacker Manuel Opérateur

- In case of a jam, the operator needs to clear the paper path from any jammed or damaged
sheet.
- If "SET" recovery has been selected in personality profile, remove incomplete set from top of
stack; remove all sheets from paper path in the jammed stacker (check all areas A, B, C, D,
F, upper and lower registration table); remove paper from the upstream stackers (check area
A, upper registration table, area D and E).
- If "SHEET" recovery has been selected in personality profile, turn the upper sheet of the
stack 90 degrees, remove all sheets from paper path in the jammed stacker (check all areas
A, B, C, D, F, upper and lower registration table); remove paper from the upstream stackers
(check area A, upper registration table, area D and E).
When unloading stacker, verify that the set including the sheet turned 90 degrees is not
corrupted (it may have too many or too few sheets).
- If there is a Jam in the Océ VP 5000 Stacker and a sheet is in the flipping wheels area, the
flipping wheels turn before the sheet is in it. The sheet runs over the flipping wheels and is
easy to clear.
