1.) Calculate the total usable area

The total usable area for installation is calculated as follows:

Enclosure:

(Length of the inner enclosure wall - 2 x 10 mm

(Length of the inner enclosure wall - 2 x 0.39 inch

(Height of the inner enclosure wall - 2 x 0.39 inch

*2 x 10 mm/0.39 inch = circumferential rim of the inner enclosure wall

 Pay attention to the spacing of the additional holes created by lasing or punching
US
(drilling, hole cutting). When doing so, maintain a distance of min. 10 mm/0.39 inch to the
US
rim of the enclosure (see figure).

Brass plate:
US
Brass plate must be drilled with same drilling spacing as the enclosure.

Flange:
US
 Select a space/area for the cable entry on the flange plate anywhere inside the collision
US
frame (see thin line in figure). Ensure that screw connections made later do not protrude
US
beyond this collision frame. Leave enough distance (min. 15 mm/0.59 inch) to the
circumferential frame.
