Pending release (target: Q1 of 2022), the BedJet VET App can control all
functions of the unit from a smartphone or tablet. Additional features in
the app not available with the wireless remote include:

Use this guide to address problems with your BedJet VET product. If problems cannot be resolved,
please contact Customer Service at info@bedjet.com or +1 (401) 404–5250. Do not return any
product requiring service without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and
shipping instructions.

Please note, the legacy BedJet VET V2 App currently available on
iOS is not compatible with the new model BedJet VET. This legacy
app can be identified by the older red/orange BedJet logo.
