Maintenance:
• The driver socket may wear over time and may require a
replacement based on use. Its recommended to inspect the socket
twice a month, by examining the inner gear teeth. If worn, please
replace with one of the 2 included replacements.
TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
The operating buttons do not
light up and device is not
turning on.
The operating buttons light
up, but device does not
work.
The device turns off after a
long period of mixing.
Blender jar will not fit properly
on motor unit

POSSIBLE SOLUTION
• Ensure mixer container is properly
placed on the base.
• Check to see if device is plugged
in.
• Check that "ON/OFF" switch is
turned "ON".
• Unplug the power cable from the
socket.
• Ensure the container is properly in
place.
• Device may be overheating
causing the overheat protection
to turn on, protecting the motor
from damage.
• Unplug the device and allow it to
cool down for 15 to 30 minutes
before reconnecting and turning
back on.
• Driver socket might be loose or
detached. Replace with spare
sockets included in the box.
