1. Pressurise the supply port 2 with at
least 3.8 bar.
2. Open up the locking screw 3 with an
Allen key.

3. Unscrew the adjusting sleeve 5 half a
turn in an anti−clockwise direction.
4. Remove completely the transport protec
tion mandrel 9.
Note
If the clamping rod is inserted tilted, it
may damage the scraper and the seals.
S The clamping unit can be pushed on
without any problems if there is a 15°
chamfer at least 3 mm wide at the end
of the clamping rod (rod quality see
chapter Technical data").
5. Push the clamping unit carefully onto the rod of the plug−in product.
6. Adjust the KEC−... to the new clamping rod (see following chapter).
