Fitting kit
- 3 screws 6x20mm
- 4 screws 3x16
- 3 plastic washers M6
Assembly
- Remove seat and toolbox. Disconnect license plate and remove CDI box from its housing.
- Remove original mudflap and cut away the undertray vertically to the rear light fixings. : TIP
make sure fixings stay in place.
- Position the support tray and fix it using the 3 screws, plastic washers, 3 steel washers and the 3
nylock nuts. The 3 steel washers fit inside the bike.
- Feed the wiring for the license plate light into place.
- Adjust the position of the support tray and complete fixing by using the screws provided. Drill
through (2mm) support tray and original black plastic. The position for drilling is marked on the
support tray itself.
- Reconnect license plate light & fix it to the bracket provided, re-fit the CDI unit, toolbox and
seat.
- If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of
our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
