6. Check incoming voltage. It should be
approximately 120 volts. Low voltage could be
due to wires (from breaker/fuse to outlet) being
too small in diameter and / or too long. Have a
qualified electrician check these conditions and
make repairs as needed.
7. Replace check valve.
DANGER
Risk of Explosion. Do not
disassemble check valve with air
pressure in tank.
8. Replace unloader valve.
9.Replace capacitor(s).
10. Replace motor.
11. Check incoming voltage. It should be
approximately 120 volts. Low voltage could be
due to wires (from breaker/fuse to outlet) being
too small in diameter and / or too long. Have a
qualified electrician check these conditions and
make repairs as needed.
1. Check all connections with soap and water
solution. Tighten; or remove and apply sealant
to threads, then reassemble.
2. Replace check valve.

2. Replace with correct size.
3. Align flywheel and pulley.
