Fitting kit
- 1 metallic number plate support
- 4 BHc 5×10 screws
- 4 Ø5 plastic washers
- 2 Ø6 nylock nuts
Assembly
- Open the seat. Remove the original number plate support and the original undertray (2 parts). For
that, take off the 8 plastic rivets.
- Place the metallic plate holder on the undertray. This one is then fixed with the BHc 5×10
screws, the Ø5 plastic washers and the Ø5 nylock nuts.
- Connect the plate lighting and place the undertray. Fit it thanks to the 6 original plastic rivets (for
the edges) and the BHc 6×30 screws, the Ø6 plastic washers and the Ø6 nylock nuts for the 2
central holes.
- Fix the number plate on the metallic support.
It is advised to check the slope of the number plate before the assembly, and if
necessary, fold the metallic plate holder so as to preserve a slope in the standards (do

* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjusting to fit.
* Any deterioration of the part due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, faithful to ETRTO standards, may be in fact bigger and higher than dimensions engraved on the tyre (until + 10 mm). They may be not compatible with undertrays and rear huggers which we made
with original tyres and whose dimensions correspond to these ones engraved on tyre.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
