Fitting kit
- 2 BHC Ø5×15 screws
- 2 Ø5 rubber washers
- 2 Ø6 nylock nuts
- 2 M5 threaded fasteners
- 2 beleved spacers
Assembly
- Remove the saddle, the passenger's handles and the rear seat unit; disconnect the indicators and the plate
lighting, then the original number plate support.
- Remove the original undertray and cut it as indicated on photo n°2.
- Replace it by fixing on the frame using the original screws and the furnished nylock nuts.
- Replace the rear seat unit, the passenger's handles, then place our undertray, fix it on the side using the
provided threaded fasteners (fitted first on the rear shell's brackets) and the BHC Ø5×15 screws.
- Connect the indicators and the plate lighting.
- If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of
our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
